Don’t be like a snail and drag your feet!..Come on down and score a balloon animal; you know you want one!! I will be twisting balloon animals and more TODAY at the NE corner of Randolph and Michigan Aves in downtown Chicago (just north of Millennium Park) from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Hope
